Creativity is instinctual in all beings; how and when it's Actualised is based upon Choice.

Creativity is the Essential nature of the Eternal Creator Being , and Wisdom and Love are involved in True pure Original creation.
All Sentient beings originate from Creator and are endowed with Creativity instinct.
Intent of Creativity in beings can be developed , based upon Choice and Thoughtful efforts.
Creativity engages resources towards Truth, Beauty and Joy
